Despatching Goods

All orders received before 15:30pm (GMT) are despatched on the same working day.

Each parcel is sent by 'Royal Mail International Standard'. On occasion we will send a parcel that requires a signature upon delivery.

Delivery:
Europe = 3-7 days
USA & Canada = 7 days.
Rest of the world = 7-10 days.

Please be aware that due to bank holidays and during the Christmas period, delivery may take longer than expected.

Express Orders

We offer an 'Express' delivery service at an additional cost. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Goods are tracked or signed for upon delivery and are sent by a tracked priority mail service. (Faster than normal standard service).

You willl need to add the 'Express' charge from this page to your basket, before making payment.

Urgent or Large Orders

If you require items urgently, or you intend to place a large order, we will send the items by a worldwide courier service.

Customs & Import Duties

The majority of our products are manufactured in the UK, though in some countries, our products may be subject to import/customs duties, which you have to pay before delivery.

Countries within the EU, are subject to import VAT@ 21%.
(Rather than pay us the VAT, you pay your country).

Should delivery be refused and returned to us, due to non-payment of customs fees, we will only issue a refund for the goods value and deduct the initial postage cost from the full amount.

Problems & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but recognize that you may wish to return an item. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, we will provide you with return address details. Once we receive the returned item/s, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

If you feel that the item you purchased is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please send a message with your query and we will reply at the earliest opportunity. We will provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the goods and offer replacement items or a full refund.
